Traffic from Google News

Search Engine Result pages is not the only one sources of traffic in the internet. There are lots of it. You can have traffic coming from Facebook, Bookmarking sites, Articles sites, and others websites that has millions of traffic. But other good source of traffic is the Google News.

Google News is a product of Google that syndicates news around the world.It's like a website of a collection of news and currently millions of users are using this because it's been easy to find news around the world by using this kind of Google product.

In the Google News, you could only read the summary of the news. In order for you to read the whole content of the news, you need to click the link to the source. In other words, you'll be reading the whole content at the website of the source of the news itself.

Because of this, Google News can be a great source of traffic for your website. But you need of course to make unique and quality news content available at your website and then submit your website to the Google News Team for approval. Once approved and Google picked up your news, it will be featured at the Google News website and users will find your website through it.

So, if you want to gain more traffic for your blog or website, then you need to work hard and optimize your blog or website for the Google News. In that way, you'll not just receive traffic from search engines, but from Google News as well.

Gaining Organic Traffic

Traffic coming from the search engines is considered as organic traffic. This is the kind of traffic that many bloggers are trying to gain. According to those who are already blogging for quite sometimes, traffic coming from the search engines is constant and is easy to convert to money.

In other words, I should also get more organic traffic for me to successfully earn money from the blogs that I created.

I checked the stats of the blogs today and I found out that no one who came from search engines that visited my blogs. There are few visitors I noticed but according to the stats, they are coming from the other blogs in the blogspot.com. I guess, these visitors simply clicked the Random Blog link above every blogs in the blogspot.com.

In my quest to gain traffic from the search engines, I understand that I need to do something so that my blog will be ranked on the top position at the search engine result pages because according to some reports, those webpages ranked at the top of the SERP are those who are most likely visited by internet users who are using the search engines in searching for the information.

But in order for the blog to be listed on the top of the SERP, a blog or webpage should have higher PR points first. PR points can be earned through backlinks from other websites or from within the blog itself.

But I should not forget to optimize the blog as well for the keywords that I will targeting. This can be done by making the title of the blogpost, content of the blogpost and title of the blog search engine friendly. These things are the most popular techniques.

These activities actually called Search Engine Optimization.

But where can we get backlinks for our blog?

I was reading a lot of articles for the past days and I realized that there are actually a lot of sources of backlinks that we can get. And they are:

1. Bookmarking sites
2. Social Networking Sites
3. Other Blogs and Websites
4. Feed syndicators.
